Using the site
Miko's World is a free website for children aged 1 to 5 and their families. Children should use it together with a parent or guardian. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Our content
Miko, his friends, the songs, artwork, videos and text on this site belong to Miko's World and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to:
- print and colour the colouring pages for personal, classroom or library use;
- share links to this site or to our videos;
- save pictures your child colours on screen and share them with family.
Please do not sell our content, remove our name from it, or use Miko in your own products, videos or advertising without written permission. For licensing, get in touch.
The shop
The shop takes order requests, not payments. Sending a request is not a purchase and does not create a contract. We reply by email within 2 business days with a total including shipping. A sale is made only when you confirm and pay by the method agreed in that email. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change; the price quoted in our reply is the one that applies. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
Videos and other websites
Videos are provided through YouTube's embedded player and are subject to YouTube's terms. Links to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok are for grown-ups and lead to sites we do not control.
Games and safety
Our games are designed to be gentle: there is no losing, no timers and no flashing effects. Sound effects are off by default. Please supervise screen time and follow the guidance of your paediatrician. The site is provided as-is; we do our best to keep it working but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miko's World is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your province or country.
Governing law
